1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently do not offer international shipping through the website. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

  • Note: During peak seasons or high-volume sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of the products and the delivery location.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner's website. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.

5. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and various Surface Transport services to ensure your bulk orders reach you safely.

6. Inspection at Time of Delivery

As a wholesale buyer, it is your responsibility to:

  1. Check the package: Ensure the box is not tampered with or torn.

  2. Weight Verification: If the package feels lighter than the invoiced weight, please mention it on the POD (Proof of Delivery) before signing.

  3. Unboxing Video: We strictly require a continuous unboxing video from start to finish to entertain any claims regarding damaged or missing items.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or ensure the damage is noted by the delivery agent on their records.
