1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or process refunds under the following circumstances:

The product received is physically damaged.

The product received is defective or not functioning as described.

You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).
Please Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind," "ordered by mistake," or dislike of the product style/color once delivered.
2. Mandatory Proof (Unboxing & Evidence)
To validate your claim, you must provide proof of the damage or defect.

Photos: Clear screenshots or photos of the damaged area.

Video: A video showing the defect clearly.

Unboxing Video (Recommended): We strongly recommend making a continuous video while opening the package. This is the best proof that the damage occurred during transit and not after delivery.
3. How to Report an Issue
You must report the issue within 48 hours [You can change this to 24 hours if you prefer strictness] of receiving the delivery.

4. The Review Process
Once we receive your complaint and evidence:

Our team will review the photos/videos within 24-48 hours.

If the claim is approved, we will initiate a Return or Refund based on availability.
5. Refund & Replacement Policy

Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will ship a replacement to you free of cost.

Refund: If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 5-7 business days.
